Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC169-SOHLH2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC169-SOHLH2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CCDC169-SOHLH2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC169-SOHLH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

HNSC, UCS, and KIRC are the cancer types where CCDC169-SOHLH2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
