Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC144NL-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,192 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC144NL-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS1, SEPTIN7, and TGFB1I1. Each is linked with CCDC144NL-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC144NL-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC144NL-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC144NL-AS1 versus SORBS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC144NL-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC144NL-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
