CCDC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,894 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, TMX2P1, and PDHX. Each is linked with CCDC14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC14-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by CCDC14-low versus CCDC14-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
