Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC134 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,005 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC134-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP50, MCM5, and PHF14. Each is linked with CCDC134 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC134-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC134 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC134 versus NUP50 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC134→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC134) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
