Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC134 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,023 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC134-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF20, XRCC6, and GTSE1. Each is linked with CCDC134 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC134-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC134 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC134 versus TCF20 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC134→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC134) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
