The most reproducible CCDC125-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKG1P4, NANOGNBP3, and CCL5. Each is linked with CCDC125 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC125-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC125 results are reported.
