Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC125 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC125 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher CCDC125 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC125 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and READ show a favorable association.

KICH, KIRC, and READ are the cancer types where CCDC125 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
