Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC124 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC124-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN1P20, SNORA70D, and NEUROD6. Each is linked with CCDC124 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC124-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC124 results are reported.
