Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC115 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,607 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC115-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R14BP5, ABCA8, and FOLR2. Each is linked with CCDC115 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC115-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC115 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC115 versus PPP1R14BP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC115→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC115) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
