CCDC113

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC113 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,912 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCDC113-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, PROCR, and SGK2. Each is linked with CCDC113 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC113-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC113 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCDC113 versus CTSG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC113→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC113) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
