Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCDC103 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCDC103-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-23P, HMGB3P3, and FKBP4P2. Each is linked with CCDC103 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCDC103-to-partner and partner-to-CCDC103 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-23P grouped by CCDC103-low versus CCDC103-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCDC103→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCDC103) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
