Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCDC103 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCDC103 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher CCDC103 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCDC103 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and MESO show a favorable association.

LGG, KIRC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CCDC103 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
