CCAR1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCAR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,822 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDRF1, TFAM, and RFC5. Each is linked with CCAR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCAR1-to-partner and partner-to-CCAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCAR1 versus EDRF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
