Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,097 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP19, ZWILCH, and TIPIN. Each is linked with CBY2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBY2-to-partner and partner-to-CBY2 results are reported.
