Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CBY2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CBY2 data layer compared with 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CBY2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CBY2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and BLCA show a favorable association.

LIHC, THCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where CBY2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
