Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBY2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, Notch1, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CBY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBY2-to-partner and partner-to-CBY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XBP1 grouped by CBY2-low versus CBY2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
