Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ODF1, AIRE, and RD3. Each is linked with CBY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBY2-to-partner and partner-to-CBY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ODF1 grouped by CBY2-low versus CBY2-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
