Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,867 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF740, TMPO, and S100A9. Each is linked with CBX5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX5-to-partner and partner-to-CBX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBX5 versus ZNF740 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
