Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 487 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, RNA5SP200, and ATP2B2-IT1. Each is linked with CBX5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX5-to-partner and partner-to-CBX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by CBX5-low versus CBX5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
