Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,554 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBX5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytokinesis, Centrosome cycle, and Spindle assembly. Each is linked with CBX5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBX5-to-partner and partner-to-CBX5 results are reported.
