Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBWD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBWD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMY1B, RNU6-992P, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with CBWD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBWD5-to-partner and partner-to-CBWD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMY1B grouped by CBWD5-low versus CBWD5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBWD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBWD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
