CBLL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBLL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR49, ROBO1, and KRTAP21-1. Each is linked with CBLL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLL2-to-partner and partner-to-CBLL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR49 grouped by CBLL2-low versus CBLL2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
