Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLIF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,042 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBLIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGPP1, KLHL35, and CFAP221. Each is linked with CBLIF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLIF-to-partner and partner-to-CBLIF results are reported.
