Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLIF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,310 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEN1, RNU6-254P, and RN7SL240P. Each is linked with CBLIF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLIF-to-partner and partner-to-CBLIF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEN1 grouped by CBLIF-low versus CBLIF-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
