The most reproducible CBLIF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA polymerase II transcription preinitiation complex assembly, Positive regulation of protein secretion, and Embryonic limb morphogenesis. Each is linked with CBLIF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLIF-to-partner and partner-to-CBLIF results are reported.
