Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBLIF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A14, CABP2, and IFNW1. Each is linked with CBLIF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLIF-to-partner and partner-to-CBLIF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A14 grouped by CBLIF-low versus CBLIF-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBLIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBLIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
