CBL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,389 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, RCC1, and MFSD14C. Each is linked with CBL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBL-to-partner and partner-to-CBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by CBL-low versus CBL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
