CBFB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBFB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 761 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBFB-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGD3, RNA5SP93, and RNU4-24P. Each is linked with CBFB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBFB-to-partner and partner-to-CBFB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGD3 grouped by CBFB-low versus CBFB-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CBFB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CBFB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
