CAVIN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAVIN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 252 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAVIN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1251, BNIP3P41, and RNA5SP419. Each is linked with CAVIN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAVIN3-to-partner and partner-to-CAVIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1251 grouped by CAVIN3-low versus CAVIN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAVIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAVIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
