CAVIN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAVIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,308 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAVIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFBR2, MSRB3, and KANK2. Each is linked with CAVIN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAVIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CAVIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAVIN1 versus TGFBR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAVIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAVIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
