CATSPERD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CATSPERD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPERD-associated genes across cancer lineages are XAGE5, FNDC3A, and FAM149A. Each is linked with CATSPERD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERD-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XAGE5 grouped by CATSPERD-low versus CATSPERD-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPERD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPERD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
