CATSPER3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CATSPER3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,894 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBD2, LEAP2, and BRD8. Each is linked with CATSPER3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPER3-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATSPER3 versus PCBD2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
