CASR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASR protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,063 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BZW1, CA4, and UBE2O_S401. Each is linked with CASR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASR-to-partner and partner-to-CASR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASR versus BZW1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
