CASR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,199 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD9, CACYBP, and MTHFD1L. Each is linked with CASR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASR-to-partner and partner-to-CASR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 grouped by CASR-low versus CASR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASR→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
