Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Caveolin-1, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with CASR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASR-to-partner and partner-to-CASR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CASR-low versus CASR-high in UCEC.
