CASP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB103A, MIR6780B, and AQP7P4. Each is linked with CASP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP3-to-partner and partner-to-CASP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFB103A grouped by CASP3-low versus CASP3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
