CASP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,187 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RWDD4, UFSP2, and CFAP97. Each is linked with CASP3 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP3-to-partner and partner-to-CASP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP3 versus RWDD4 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
