CASC19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,736 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRATD2, DDX49, and SLC25A5. Each is linked with CASC19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC19-to-partner and partner-to-CASC19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASC19 versus LRATD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
