CASC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-23P, RNU6-915P, and RNU6-32P. Each is linked with CASC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC15-to-partner and partner-to-CASC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-23P grouped by CASC15-low versus CASC15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
