CARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,597 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP43, ERI1, and KCTD9. Each is linked with CARS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARS1-to-partner and partner-to-CARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP43 grouped by CARS1-low versus CARS1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
