CARNS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARNS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARNS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFTPB, FAM24A, and CENPVL1. Each is linked with CARNS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARNS1-to-partner and partner-to-CARNS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFTPB grouped by CARNS1-low versus CARNS1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARNS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARNS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
