CARMIL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARMIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,731 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D2, PLCE1-AS2, and MTND3P12. Each is linked with CARMIL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL1-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D2 grouped by CARMIL1-low versus CARMIL1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARMIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARMIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
