CARD14

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,043 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIPEPP1, CLUL1, and KBTBD7. Each is linked with CARD14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD14-to-partner and partner-to-CARD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARD14 versus MIPEPP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
