CARD14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARD14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, TSC1, and PI3K-p85. Each is linked with CARD14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD14-to-partner and partner-to-CARD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by CARD14-low versus CARD14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
