Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARD14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,438 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Xenophagy, Negative regulation of autophagy, and Negative regulation of non-canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with CARD14 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD14-to-partner and partner-to-CARD14 results are reported.
