CARD14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARD14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 705 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE10, UPP2, and KLRC1. Each is linked with CARD14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD14-to-partner and partner-to-CARD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE10 grouped by CARD14-low versus CARD14-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
