CARD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARD10 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,347 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPA1, PLXNB1, and TSC2. Each is linked with CARD10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD10-to-partner and partner-to-CARD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPA1 grouped by CARD10-low versus CARD10-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
