CAPSL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPSL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,552 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAPSL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, APOOP2, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with CAPSL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPSL-to-partner and partner-to-CAPSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by CAPSL-low versus CAPSL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
