Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAPS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 352 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAQP6, PTPRS, and PDE4C. Each is linked with CAPS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAPS2-to-partner and partner-to-CAPS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAPS2 versus YWHAQP6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
