Q-omics provides the consensus-scored YWHAQP6 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. YWHAQP6 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, YWHAQP6 is differentially expressed in 8, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, YWHAQP6 RNA expression shows 13,886 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight KIRP, HNSC, and DLBC as cancer lineages where YWHAQP6 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
